Printer Support is Here

There are several ways to get ongoing support and training for your multifunction printer. 

1. The PEP initiative resulted in an on-site team member who will serve as a liaison not only for specialty printing but also for multifunction printer training and ordering of supplies (e.g., toner). Please welcome Mike Yanas to the Trinity community. You can find him on the first floor of Coates Library or contact him via pep@indiandonkey.com.
2. You can call the number on the side of the printer (1-855-396-9302) if you have technical questions.
3. View the guides and videos on the PEP webpage.

The PEP team also extended drop-in hours through Friday, January 12. You can stop by the first floor of Coates Library if you have any questions about authenticating, troubleshooting, adding the printer driver to your computer, or if you just want to say hello to Mike.
